My Favourite Actresses
Each week, when I get my copy of the Radio Times, I scan it looking through the cast lists to see if any of my favourite actresses are going to appear on the box. I am disappointed if none of their names appear. I don't care what they are in as long as they appear on TV. I find that by following certain actresses then I watch programs that I would not normally watch and sometimes I am grateful for the learning experience. For example at school (and afterwards) I tried to avoid Shakespeare at all possible costs. Then one of my favourate actresses Rebecca Callard appeared at the Open Air Theatre, London in Romeo and Juliet. Well I had to go, didn't I. I must say that I really enjoyed it and not just because Rebecca was in it. Now I don't run a mile when Shakespeare is mentioned. Thanks Rebecca for opening my eyes!
